Vitality has announced the appointment of Bonnie Earl (pictured above) to the position of national account manager, where she will oversee national intermediary and network partnerships.
In her new role, Bonnie will be responsible for managing relationships with Vitality's key network and service provider partners, supporting the continued development of strategic partnerships across the market and helping advisers access the support and insights they need to deliver good customer outcomes. She will report to head of national accounts Gary Eastall.
Bonnie has over twenty years' experience in the protection and financial services sectors. She began her career as a mortgage & protection adviser at Lloyds Banking Group and in a field-based role at Zurich Insurance, before spending eleven years as intermediary relationship manager at MetLife UK.
Bonnie is a regular speaker at industry conferences and events and was recognised as MetLife UK's top individual protection strategic manager in 2026.
