FORTO Finance has launched in the UK protection and mortgage market following a successful pilot.
The new brokerage will offer advice on protection, as well as residential mortgages, remortgages, buy-to-let lending and specialist property finance.
In doing so, it aims to support a range of borrowers, including first-time buyers, home movers, self-employed applicants, high net worth individuals and property investors seeking specialist funding solutions, with a particular focus on expat borrowers.
The firm, which was founded by mortgage and protection adviser Anthony Curtis (pictured above) and supported by operations manager Esmé Rook, says it has been established to provide clear, proactive advice for clients navigating an increasingly complex market.

"We’ve been running a pilot since April, and we now know the proposition works," Anthony Curtis, director of FORTO Finance, said. "The number of choices available to clients has increased significantly in recent years, while provider offers are evolving all the time.
"Clients need advice that helps them understand their options and make informed decisions. Our focus is on providing clear recommendations, responding quickly and helping clients make progress towards their financial goals.
"We've built FORTO Finance around the belief that good advice should give people confidence to move forward. The focus on expat clients has come out of that."
