RedArc says more people are seeking support after researching symptoms, diagnoses and treatments using AI tools, increasing the need for professional guidance.

43% of Gen Z referrals were for mental health concerns, compared to 22% of Millennials, RedArc reports.

RedArc has partnered with Funeral Experts to add to its practical support following a bereavement. 

Demand has doubled over the last five years.

Demand for relationship support referrals has risen 47% since last year and threefold in the past five years, according to RedArc.

RedArc has found a 36% increase in mental health referrals in Q1 2026, which it attributes to "intensifying pressures" such as "geopolitical uncertainty."

RedArc reports that 51% of all cases since 2021 are made up of cancer, mental health issues, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Survivors need more than twice as many referrals to specialist support organisations, according to RedArc data.

RedArc estimates that most employers are not fully equipped to implement this change.
