Onebright Group Ltd, the private outpatient mental healthcare and neurodevelopmental services provider, has announced the acquisition of digital mental health platform Mindstep for an undisclosed sum, creating a digitally led and fully integrated end-to-end wellbeing, mental healthcare and neurodevelopmental service.
Mindstep's digital screening, triage and adaptive self-care content will be added to Onebright’s existing clinical assessment, psychological therapy, psychiatry and neurodevelopmental services.
Onebright Group says that this integration aims to provide organisations and individuals with access to an always-on digital front door for everyday mental health support through self-care tools and clinically validated mental health assessments.
Where appropriate, the fully personalised digital journey can guide individuals directly into the Group's clinical assessment and mental health treatment services, neurodevelopmental assessment services, or both.
