Joanne Neary has been promoted to Client Services Director and Sarah Harris to Operations Director, effective January 2025. Both will sit on the newly created Executive Team; PIB Employee Benefits is currently hiring for the third role of Sales & Marketing Director. The trio will report directly to David Skinner, Managing Director at PIB Employee Benefits.

The intermediary is also expanding its Senior Leadership Team, creating four new roles – many of which are expected to be filled by internal candidates. These positions will start coming into effect from April 2025.

“We’re excited by the opportunities these changes bring, as we realign our business to better serve our clients and their employees. Our global business will continue to thrive under the leadership of Clare Dare, whilst our new Head of Partnerships role will help foster relationships within the industry,” said David.

“I’m delighted that both Sarah and Joanne have accepted their new roles on the Executive Team, alongside a vacant position for a Sales & Marketing Director. Together, we’re focused on delivering great client outcomes and expanding our capabilities.”
