Prior to this appointment, Jason Coleman served as Senior Manager Learning Development at Guardian Financial Services (Guardian) following a promotion from Training & Competence Manager. In the past, he’s also worked as a Learning & Development Consultant at Phoenix Group, Learning & Development Business Partner at Capita Life & Pensions, Learning & Development Trainer at Resolution plc, and Team Coach & Process Adviser at Britannic Assurance. Jason began his career in Financial Services in 1988.
In his new role, Jason will be responsible for a significant increase in Protection Guru's technical output and a series of new training initiatives. He was hired as part of an initiative to significantly increase Protection Guru’s technical training and support capabilities.
Jason will complement the Protection Guru Pro system by helping protection advisers meet obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) Consumer Duty.
