Digital niche personal lines broker Ceta, part of the Atec Group, has today announced the launch of a new Renewal Hub, available on its Infinity Portal.
The Hub aims to help brokers and advisers using Ceta’s Infinity Portal to manage household renewals across its range of 35 standard and non-standard property risk insurance products.
The key functionality of the hub includes visibility to view and manage upcoming renewals, automated flagging of renewals, streamlined end-to-end self-service workflow, updating of client details, comparison of alternative options, and a live chat.
Ceta claims that renewals are the single biggest revenue battleground for any intermediary in a softening market, which is why it is aiming to help brokers reduce reliance on manual processes.
